Cupping Therapy/Face and Body

An ancient form of therapy used to relieve congestion, break up fascia, relieve pain, break “stuck” patterns and help with range of motion. Cupping increases blood flow, encourages elimination of toxins and can be very effective in restoring balance. Facial cupping is effective in breaking up restrictions in the skin that cause wrinkles, increasing blood flow and draining lymph. Great for puffy eyes too!
Crystal Therapy Chakra Balancing

Chakras are energy centers found within the energy field of the human body. These energy centers can become blocked or weaken leading to imbalances that can be physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Crystal Therapy uses specific stones and energy placement of hands upon centers to balance specific chakras to align the energies and bring you back into harmony. This balancing therapy is very restorative, uplifting and grounding.
End your session with 15 min. of extra time to sink into your treatment and create balance.
I especially love crystal chakra balancing in conjunction with reflexology!
Dry Brushing

Very light and quick strokes stimulate lymph flow, improve circulation, exfoliate skin and help reduce cellulite. Very helpful for edema. Dry brushing has been around a very long time and besides all of the benefits mentioned it feels good and helps you relax.
